In addition, a number of Fortune 500 food companies audit and approve our facilities annually with their own, independent auditors. We also add an additional layer of food defense with a secure truck drivers’ lounge. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request.
Planning for any eventuality ensures that you received an uninterrupted supply of first-quality cheese, regardless of disasters or other unforeseen issues that may arise. Our Business Continuity Plan is thorough and tested and is designed to continue full customer service in the event of a disaster.
Our food safety preparation extends to our HACCP (Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Points) Plan. HACCP is a science-based system used to ensure that food safety hazards are controlled to prevent unsafe food from reaching the consumer. The Plan utilizes current National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Food (NACMCF) consistent with current FDA recommendations.
