Bob started his CMA career as an inventory control manager in 1998. Since then, he has advanced in a variety of senior management positions. In March 2005, he assumed responsibility for all plant operations.

Paul DelleGrazie, Director of Purchasing and Quality Assurance paul@cheesemerchants.com
Paul is a key employee responsible for ensuring HAACP compliance and keeping our quality at its industry-recognized level throughout the CMA facility. In addition, Paul is the decision maker for all facets of the company’s world-wide purchasing activities.

Sales Team

As a senior member of the CMA management staff, Jim is responsible for all sales channel initiatives including food service, retail and manufacturing. Jim holds 10 years of prior foodservice sales experience with HJ Heinz. Jim is active in the foodservice industry, having held many board positions throughout his career.

John is an instrumental, results-oriented member of the CMA sales team. John has sales responsibilities for sales west of the Mississippi. Prior to joining CMA John held several sales and management roles for: HJ Heinz, Campbell’s and Smithfield Foods.

Since joining CMA in June 2006, Mark has been breaking sales records in twelve states throughout the cheese-loving Midwest. His previous experience includes various sales and management positions with HJ Heinz and Saputo Cheese USA.

Frank joined Cheese Merchants in fall of 2008. Prior to joining CMA, Frank held various sales and management positions for both Lombardo's Ravioli Kitchen and Caesars Pasta. Frank will cover the Philadelphia and Southern NJ markets as well as the Southeastern territory for CMA.

Tom joined the CMA sales team in 2009. Tom is responsible for sales from Maine down thru Upstate NY and over to Pittsburgh.  He also covers Metero New York and Northern New Jersey.   Tom has held several sales positions within the foodservice industry and was most recently a Regional Manager for Dutch Quality Chicken.

Jeff joined the CMA sales team in 2010. Jeff is responsible for sales growth in the western United States with particular emphasis on California. Jeff has held several key sales positions in the foodservice business and was most recently with Del Monte Meats in Northern California.

Tom joined CMA in July of 2011 with a vast knowledge of the retail channel. Tom has more than 25 years of experience with having held various senior-level positions with top retail companies such as Sorrento, Lactalis and La Bonita Tortilla’s.
