Cheese Merchants was founded in 1998 by Pasquale Greco. After the purchase of the first cheese grater, Pasquale's goal was to deliver fresh and quality Parmesan cheese's all over the country.
With over two decades in the hard Italian cheese arena, Cheese Merchants now operates out of a 277k sq ft state of the art facility with 3 fully integrated fresh production rooms and a drying room.
